Designed for everyone, but particularly good for people wanting to learn an overview of proven strategies, as well as for anyone dealing with the negative effects of stress and inflammation, including anxiety, eczema, high blood pressure, tension, problems with sleep, and other challenges related to inflammation and tension.
During SMART classes you’ll learn the science of the stress response and how to counter it by learning how to activate your relaxation response.
